The word censor has been removed, and previously banned IPs have been reinstated.
The only rules are -- No nudity (we may offer a special forum for this soon if there is enough interest), nothing illegal can be posted, no stalking, and no sharing of other people's personal information without their consent (address, phone #, email address, employer, etc). Other than these rules, the forum will be allowed to police itself.
