2010 SFA Pro Speck Series
The SFA Pro Speck Series is a two-day two angler team event. All anglers must be Saltwater Fishing Association members. $300 entry fee per team. Teams are not required to enter all the stops on the series. Each tournament will be limited to a field of 150 teams. Registration for each stop is a first come, first serve basis. The full field fishes both days, no cuts for day two. $24,000 total payout for a full field. Teams placing in the top 50 positions will be awarded points, that will follow them throughout the series. The points champion at the end of the tournament series will win FREE entry into the following year's tournament series, for that division.
We currently have 4 stops planned along Louisiana for 2010. Our future plans are to add tournaments in Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. We will then have divisions, with each division holding at least 4 tournaments per year. Teams wiil be allowed to fish in more than one division.
